Site Fees
- The site is open 12 months of the year as a holiday park.
- There is a resident warden.
- The site fees annually are £2640 which is to be paid by monthly instalments of £220 these fees include all local rates, water, wastewater and also the maintenance of the grounds. The only other expenses for each home would be the individual usage of gas and electricity. Electric is charged per unit as standard rate and the gas bottles are £81 per 47kg bottle.
